Both times, he arrived exactly when he said he would and solved our issues immediately. He was professional, helpful, and courteous, and explained exactly what he recommended, the cost, and why. As a woman, I also appreciated that he spoke directly to me rather than just to my husband. It is hard to find contractors that are so reliable and, well, HONEST. Called Honest and Sam the owner was able to give me a realist quote in 5 minutes by some pictures, he showed up 2 hours later and did a complete replacement in 45 minutes. Highly recommend Honest Plumbing. Great service and quick response that got us hot water back in hours.
